The met lab at metallon is equipped to carry out study of defects in steel products and castings, failure analysis of mechanical components and routine metallographic determinations. We have highly qualified personnel as well as light and stereo microscopes with special digital cameras and the image analysis program Material Plus 4.2 para evaluation of grain size, inclusions, phase counting, coating thickness, decarburization depth, etc., according to IRAM, ISO, ASTM and other standards.
