Inauguration of Cold-Heading Wire Drawing Plant in Mexico
Kobelco CH Wire Mexicana (KCHM) is a joint venture of Kobe Steel, SIMEC Group, Metal One, Shinsho and O&K.
A plant was built in the Santa Fe Industrial Park, Silao, Guanajuato. Capacity is 40,000 tpa of annealed and pickled wire for automotive nuts and bolts.
